Imara Corporate Finance is a wholly owned subsidiary of Imara Capital Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd. Established in 1995, Imara Corporate Finance offers a variety of corporate financial services. Imara Corporate Finance is a non-member institution of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.

Imara Corporate Finance provides the following services:

• Raising capital for both public and private companies (including new listings, rights offers and private placements);
• structuring and negotiating corporate debt;
• corporate financial restructuring, company valutions and detailed research;
• advice on mergers, take-overs, and asset acquisitions and disposals;
• identification of joint venture opportunities; and
• design and implementation of employee share ownership and participation schemes.
