Lyndon Nyamandini – Managing Director

Lyndon is the Managing Director of Imara Corporate Finance and has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory services. He has extensive expertise in business valuations, financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, rights issues, listings, and private placements. Lyndon has held senior leadership roles across advisory, capital markets, commercial banking and manufacturing. His career spans engagements across financial services, energy, agriculture, telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, mining, and insurance.

Lyndon is a Certified Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology. He also completed a course in Senior Management Development Programme – Africa with Stellenbosch University.
